This project seeks to reinforce the governance of the Castilla y León-Northern Portugal 'Working Community' for the promotion and revitalization of the NORCYL Territory as an area that generates economic growth, and boosts local cooperation, enhancing economic and social cohesion. The project contributes to the achievement of the Specific Objective of the Program through the capitalization of the experience of the Working Community in cross-border governance and through the encouragement of relations between entities that contribute to the identification, dissemination and exchange of knowledge and good practices in areas of common interest.
