The overall objective is to increase cross-border cooperation in the field of culture and mutual understanding, with direct impact on recovering and highlighting the historical and cultural heritage common to the two areas of the project, namely the ethnic communities in Balti and Botosani (Hebrew, Armenian, Russian Lipovans Ukrainians, Poles, Roma);Promoting cross-border partnership and cooperation through institutional contacts between the Mihai Eminescu County Library Botosani and the Balti City Hall Cultural Section as well as through interpersonal contacts between the members of the communities involved in the project; Making common investments in culture while ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of the two countries as well as ensuring the framework and conditions conducive to the visibility and promotion of the ethnic communities in the two areas by creating a multi-ethnic cross-border cultural center on one side and of the border as well as by building, maintaining and updating the common site.
