The project aims to increase knowledge of the local environment and promotes environmental attitudes in the 3+3 regions: municipalities and schools across the Gulf of Finland carry out activities in the protection and management of valuable natural and cultural landscapes, and develop their co-operation further. the pilot projects include e.g. sustainable recreation use of nature areas, and nature routes. Bringing the schools to participate in the co-operation increases the common understanding of responsibility and sustainable development among the children, youth and local inhabitants.
