The project reinforces the cooperation between the institutions responsible for R & D & I in Castilla y León-Norte de Portugal to create and develop innovative companies in common strategic sectors. It also promotes entrepreneurial culture and supports entrepreneurship among young or highly qualified researchers. All this by increasing the competitiveness of the business environment of both regions and favoring specialization in high added value and strategic sectors.
