The aim of the project is to encourage the development of a smooth cross border agglomeration. On the other hand its aim is the formation of a mutual networking institute which links the cooperation of the actors of the same place with difference linguistic, ethnic and institutional background. It looks for the points in which local government on the cross border areas can cooperate to supply the population living here.
